Who We Are

Sunbeams Art Studio encompasses a lifetime of work by nationally acclaimed artist Don Carter.

Don was born and raised in Brighton, MA. After finishing his time in the Marine Corp, he got married and began his family. He attended Mass College of Art while raising his family and working for the MBTA. While with the T he was given the chance to become a Boston Police Officer which he did for over 25 years, he retired as Sergent in 2003.
